Wrinkle Reduction.

Wrinkle treatments interrupt nerve signals within targeted muscle fibres to reduce movement and, in doing so, assists in diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.

  • Collagen and elastin enable the skin to bounce back when we make facial expressions, but they both begin to decrease from around the age of 25. As time passes our skin doesn’t bounce back quite as readily. This is how permanent lines and wrinkles form. Other variables accelerate the process, such as the harsh Australian sun, smoking and genetics. There are a variety of treatments available to treat and reduce wrinkles. A consultation is the best way to decide which treatment will suit your aesthetic requirements.

Facial Volumisation.

Dermal fillers contain a specifically formulated medical gel type substance that helps to replace volume lost during the normal ageing process.

  • As we age, many things are occurring simultaneously. We lose volume in our facial fat pads (of which we have many), bone is resorbed which reduces structural support, ligaments and muscles that provide support either get tighter or more lax and skin also loses its elasticity. There are several treatment options available to assist in slowing down this process. The aim of these treatments is to enhance existing features, replace lost volume and to correct balance and symmetry.

    Pricing will vary depending on treatment. This, along with appropriateness of treatments, will be determined during a thorough consultation.

Fat Reduction.

Fat reduction treatments are specially formulated to permanently remove areas of stubborn fat. 

  • Treatment costs $990 per area.

    We use injections that consist of a compounded medication that mimics an acid already present in our bodies that is used for breaking down fats in the digestive process.

    These injections destroy a good percentage of the targeted fat cells permanently, without surgery. Many body areas can be treated but the most common is the submental region (double chin area). The complete fat dissolving process takes approximately 8 - 12 weeks for the body to break down the affected fat cells and excrete them as waste. Sometimes more than 1 treatment is performed to achieve the optimal desired outcome.

    The procedure is quick, taking about 30 - 45 minutes in total. Discomfort is minimised by using a strong specially compounded topical numbing cream. Swelling and bruising are common and expected. This will settle quickly over a week or so and will continue to improve over several weeks.

    Examples of common treatment areas include double chin, jawline or jowls, stomach, love handles, auxillary puffs (area in between the breast and the armpit) and bra bulge.

Threads.

Threads are a front runner in bio stimulating treatments. The threads are inserted beneath the skin to stimulate the production of collagen that, in turn, tightens and strengthens the integrity of the skin.

  • PDO stands for Polydioxanone. Each thread is a synthetic surgical suture that dissolves over a period of time. They are non-barbed and are inserted under the skin in a cross hatched pattern to hyper stimulate the production of collagen. Once the threads dissolve over several months, a matrix mesh of collagen and elastin is left behind which, in turn, strengthens and tightens the skin. The effects of collagen production and skin tightness continue to be present for about 12-15 months.

    Examples of common treatment areas include the neck, cheeks, upper eyelinds, under eyes, nasolabial folds, smokers lines, marionette lines, decolletage, knees and elbows.

Collagen Stimulating Treatments.

Biostimulator and Bioremodulator treatments are designed for people who wish to improve the integrity and appearance of their skin by hyper stimulating collagen.

  • There are different types of Biostimulators and Bioremodulators for the skin and each is injected differently. Each type is extremely valuable in hyper stimulating collagen and other vital cells that are important in the anti-ageing process, such as adipocyte cells (fat cells that are needed to assist in retaining and boosting volume). A great addition to use alongside dermal fillers to create a completely realistic fresh look.

    You can opt You can think of this procedure as giving your skin a big glass of water, which includes vital ingredients bespoke to your skin needs.     Enzyme Therapy Treatment - an enzyme mask is applied to face, neck and décolletage for up to 45 minutes.     PRP/PRF (Platelet Rich Plasma or Platelet Rich Fibrin) Treatment

    These treatments are regenerative by nature and are becoming more and more frequently requested. These treatments are autologous, which means they are completely derived from your cells. A small amount of blood is taken from you on the day of your treatment and processed through a very special centrifuge for a selected time frame, depending on whether we want to treat you using PRP, PRF or both. Then these rich platelets are usually injected or infused into your area of concern.
    Areas commonly treated are scalp to assist with hair regrowth and strengthening, under eyes to address darkness, hollowing and/or fine lines and crepey skin.
    This is a great treatment to use in conjunction with collagen stimulating microneedling (recommended for optimal results).
    As skin improvement is cumulative, we suggest a package of 3 or 6 is optimal.
